Add or update a location:

Location code (required) Admin key (required) Name Address Latitude (optional — auto-filled from your IP if blank) Longitude (optional — auto-filled from your IP if blank)

Machine use: GET /where/add/?location=CODE&key=KEY&name=...&address=... — add &format=json or send Accept: application/json for a JSON response.
